Match results

We had 14 Cowboys and Cowgirls shooting it out for a place in history on the weekend. The day started at the Shady Ladies Bath house and the Teacher kept us all in line with her stages for the day. A brief dusting of rain, or was it just water on the wind, blessed all competitors and sorted the cow pokes from the city dewellers.

The club had some new shooters Dr Henry Porter showed us how to stitch up the competition and Remius Ryan got to see how difficult the sport can be. Johnny Sylva won the day closely hounded by Myles Long. Six Gun Chambers got to demonstrate how to shoot without powder which we all hope is not a portent of future supply troubles.

The next cowboy action shoot will be on the 27 November starting bang on 9.00 O’clock. See you all on the range
