Working Bee Sunday 31st October 2021

Today the 31st October 2021 was the working bee held at the Last Frontier Shooting Range. What a success, Sheriff of Tinstone and Minni Ha Ha would like to sends out a gigantic thank you to all the members that turned up and put in a terrific effort, around fifteen members turned up.

The morning saw many jobs that needed doing and attended to. There where new hardwood timber walls erected in front of the trees for protection against wayward lead, bins emptied, ledges replaced on some of the facades, the fort had an overhaul replacing some of the poles and a re-net, the firing line was cleaned up of all the debris as well as the range itself, there was a lot of branches, sticks and old timber that was laying around all cleaned up and removed, a new ramp built on one of the facades to make access to it from the loading table more easier and user friendly, painting with many more jobs done.

The work done by all saw their appetite increase, which was accommodated by a sausage sizzle that was organised and prepared by our inhouse master chef Lakota, a many many thank you Lakota for feeding the troops. Overall it was a very successful and productive day, well done to all.
